Elaboraciones Ancestrales White

DO: DOP ISLAS CANARIAS

Grape Variety: Gual

Production: Fermented in stainless steel, stripping, contact with their own skins “white orange”.

Oenological Parameters: 13%  vol;  A.T.=5,7  gr  H  T/l  ;  pH=3,4;  Az.  Red.<2  gr/l.

Serving Temperature and Food Pairing: Service 9 ° C and goes perfectly with fish or meat sauces.

TASTING NOTES

Appearance: Intense yellow with high tones.

Aroma: High intensity, predominantly aromas of herbs like rosemary.

Taste: Very persistent, with unusual white tannic.

Elaboraciones Ancestrales Red

DO: DOP ISLAS CANARIAS

Grap Variety: Tintilla y Baboso Negro.

Production: Macerated with scrapes on open wooden tanks, with periodic bazuqueos.

Oenological Parameters: 14%  vol;  A.T.=5,2  gr  H  T/l  ;  pH=3,8;  Az.  Red.<2  gr/l.

Serving Temperature and Food Pairing: 14ºC accompanying service ideally wholesome dishes such as red meat.

TASTING NOTES

Appearance: Upper middle layer, garnet red.

Aroma: Black Baboso floral notes with a perfect combination of black fruits and wood Tintilla well integrated second plane.

Taste: Intense and persistent, balanced with tannins present but tamed.
