On Saturday 9, Viñátigo once again celebrated the Vendimia Infantil, whose main objective is the dissemination of the wine culture among the new generations, bringing children closer to the knowledge of the traditional techniques of winemaking: the vintage, the stepping with the feet and the pressing.
At the end of this process, the children had the opportunity to eat the traditional sandwich of sardines of the vintage accompanied by a glass of the obtained must.
Then, while the little ones were entertained by a magician, the parents enjoyed a wine tasting Viñátigo, where they had the opportunity to know the characteristics of our varieties, as well as enjoy the assemblies, wines made by combining them. The demand for assistance was very high and we have been very sorry for not being able to attend them all for reasons of space in the place where the activity takes place. We hope to receive them in future editions.
This action is part of the commitment of Viñátigo, with training, culture and traditions, and that throughout the year develops is materialized through training actions for professionals, welcome students of viticulture and enology practices National and international universities as well as Vocational Training and cultural activities such as the Children’s Harvest or the celebration of San Andrés.
